REMEDY IS A COMMUNITY ROOTED IN GROWTH
We see therapy and mental health as a creative opportunity to learn about ourselves and create lives we desire.
OUR FOUR AREAS OF FOCUS
SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
We provide individual therapy for a range of questions and concerns, including growth and exploration, PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, OCD, insomnia, living with HIV, integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness, supporting questions around gender and sexuality, and many more.
COUPLES THERAPY
We see couples and other relationship constellations to support satisfaction, to assist in transitions, and also to treat particular conditions, such as PTSD.
GROUP PROGRAMS
We offer integration groups, groups addressing the climate crisis, and other occasional offerings to promote well-being like Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
GROUP CONSULTATION
We offer clinical consultation to other providers, particularly for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
RESEARCH CONSULTATIONS
Drawing on our extensive backgrounds in research design, we offer research consultation and support for teams, organizations, and colleagues looking to answer questions related to our expertise. We love to collaborate.
WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS
We offer workshops in trauma-informed care and trauma treatment, as well as co-created setting-specific workshops and trainings. We’d love to discuss your needs.
ASSESSMENTS
We offer comprehensive assessments to young adults and adults for Learning Disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism and mental health disorders to assist individuals who may be seeking diagnostic clarification, school and work supports, and planning of supports or treatments. Our assessments are conducted with care to be collaborative, tailored to your needs, neuro-affirmative, trauma-informed, queer-friendly, disability-affirming, and thoughtful about the experiences and needs of BIPOC folks contextualized within the history of assessment practices.
If you would like to book an assessment, please review our assessment information sheet.
WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

RESEARCH
A love for research drove the creation of Remedy, and of making sure we are able to continue and sustain empirical work within the context of practice. Our Research is now run through Remedy Institute. For more information on our current research projects please visit Remedy Institute's website.

INNOVATION
Each of us at Remedy has a drive to innovate mental health. From evolving how we provide Trauma-Informed Care, to developing Process Groups, to changing how we do Clinic Management and integrating treatment approaches together, we are all collectively and individually contributing to an expansion of well-being.

COMMUNITY
We thrive when we work together, and we want to support each of our unique variations. Within Remedy and expanding into the wider community, we value collaboration, sharing expertise and supporting goals.
Remedy operates as a private psychotherapy clinic with a social purpose. All clinic profits are donated to our charitable arm, which provides low- and no-cost therapy to individuals and communities who would otherwise be unable to access support. This model allows us to offer high-quality care while actively expanding access to mental health services.
STATEMENT ON PSYCHEDELIC THERAPY
A number of our clinicians offer support and integration of psychedelic experiences when individuals have experienced them outside of therapy.
