Free OHIP-Funded Group with Dr. Paul Uy
Feeling overwhelmed by climate change, war, AI, or other global crises? You’re not alone. Join a supportive group to explore and process the complex emotions of living in a rapidly changing world. Guided by The Work That Reconnects (developed by eco-philosopher Joanna Macy), we’ll share, reflect, and build resilience together.
Holotropic Breathwork provides an important and powerful opportunity for deep self exploration and healing. Lying on a mat, with eyes closed, you use your own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of awareness. This activates the inner healing wisdom which then guides the process.
