Melanie Dignam, MSW RSW, is an integrative specializing in trauma resolution and healing using evidence-informed practices intended to shift individuals towards an embodied experience of the mind+body+spirit through therapeutic support and reconnection to Self.

Melanie completed her Internal Family Systems (IFS) Comprehensive Training with IFSCA and specialized IFS training in the areas of Trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, Treatment Resistant Depression, End of Life Distress and the development of Self Leadership. In addition to IFS, she had numerous learning opportunities and training in the areas of Compassionate Inquiry, Polyvagal Therapy, Somatic Experiencing techniques, EFT, Narrative therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy.

Melanie has completed extensive training in psychedelic assisted therapy and currently supports individuals in regulated clinical settings throughout Ontario.  This includes ketamine assisted therapy and psilocybin assisted therapy for Treatment Resistant Depression and End of Life distress through the Health Canada Special Access Program. Finally, Melanie is a Lead Therapist in a number of clinical trials with CAMH and Compass.
