About

Naomi has worked with children and adolescents in the areas of mood and anxiety, personality functioning, adjustment to life circumstances, high-functioning ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, identity, trauma, and interpersonal problems. She has experience working with diverse clientele in hospital, children’s mental health centre, school board, and private practice settings. At Remedy, Naomi is expanding her practice to adults and offering psychological assessments and psychotherapy for adults under the peer supervision of Dr. Sarah Horowitz.

In addition to her clinical practice, Naomi holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, in the School and Clinical Child Psychology Program at the University of Toronto (OISE) . She has supervised interns and Psychologists in supervised practice. She was a consultant subject matter expert on CBT program development to a mental health organization and was a member of the Psychotherapy Task Force for the Ontario Psychological Association in 2017-2018.
